Looking over the Wine List at Osteria del Merlo is a bit like taking a wonderful trip which begins among the "filari folti" of Tuscan vineyards, then continues along a road to north of Italy where sparkling wines are produced. Jump to the south of the country to savour the strong flavors of the island and Mediterranean grapes, then fly to France and even further to California.
